1. Change of mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If you would like to request an exchange, the item must be:
- unworn and unused
- in original condition
- with all original tags attached
- returned in original packaging
- free from stains, scent, damage, or marks
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Sale items / pre-order items
Items purchased during sale periods, promotional campaigns, or through pre-order may be final sale and may not be eligible for return or exchange unless the item is faulty.
3. Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we will offer a suitable solution such as:
- replacement
- exchange
- store credit
- refund, where required
4. Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as LOUDKEEY is not responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.
5. Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that:
- have been worn, washed, or altered
- do not have original tags
- are returned outside the allowed return period
- are sale or pre-order items marked as final sale
- are damaged due to misuse or improper care
6. How to request a return or exchange
To request a return or exchange, please contact us with:
- your full name
- order number
- item name
- reason for return
- photos, if the item is faulty or incorrect

7. Processing time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know the outcome within a reasonable time. Approved exchanges or credits will be processed after inspection.
