We dispatch within 1–2 business days of your order being placed. Once it’s with Australia Post, delivery takes 2–8 business days (standard) or 1–3 business days (express).
Email us at orders@loudkeey.com.au as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address. Once it’s with Australia Post, we can’t redirect it — so get in quick.
Australia Post tracking can sometimes lag by 24–48 hours, especially over weekends. Give it a day or two, then check again. If it still hasn’t moved after 5 business days, email us and we’ll chase it up.
