Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Perth warehouse. Tracking provided via email once shipped.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original condition with tags attached.
To initiate a return, email orders@loudkeey.com.au with your order number. A Return Authorisation number will be provided within 2 business days.
Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Loudkeey error.
